Study found soybean and broccoli
has the effect of anticancer
As we all known, vegetable is healthy food. However, the study revealed that some vegetables have cancer prevention effects.
The United States researchers
of University of California at Los Angeles on the 15th In the association
of Cancer Research annual meeting announced that having some vegetables,
such as broccoli and soybeans, could reduce the probability of cancer.
They may have discovered the anticancer mechanism of the vegetables.
According to a Reuters report
on the 16th, most recently, UCLA researchers found two compounds
indole-methane (DIM) and genistein can inhibit the proliferation
of breast cancer and ovarian cancer cell. People could obtain these
substances from broccoli and soybeans, and other vegetables.
The Graduate of Molecular Toxicology
of the University of California, Eline Xu said to the media that
more than 23 types of cancers have the same pathogenesis.
Mr. Alan Staar Seattle.Ph.D
is the charger of Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center. He found
that the most important achievement is "to clarify a novel
mechanism," "inhibit cancer cell invasion and metastasis
are very important for anticancer."
